Shipping policy

SHIPPING : Luxuriousdollshop LLC, ships through the following carriers (FEDEX, DHL & USPS). Please keep in mind signature will be required upon delivery. If there is no one to sign off and retrieve the package, it will be sent to the carrier's shipping location and be re-attempted for delivery.

 

PROCESSING & SHIPPING: Preorders Processing time 5 business days & 5-8 business days for shipping and delivery. these are separate times, add processing and shipping time to get your delivery time.

Ready to ship processing time is 3 business days and 2-3 business days for shipping and delivery

On hand products ship same day IF ordered on a business day. if your order is placed on a weekend it will be shipped the following business day. which can take 1-3 days deliver.

MISSING, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: PLEASE make sure all shipping information is correct prior to submitting your order Luxuriousdollshop LLC is NOT responsible for any incorrect addresses, missing or stolen packages. You will have to personally call the carrier to either locate the package or file a claim.

Overnight shipping is for hair on hand only, these wigs will always be up to date on social media and our on hand collection daily. please follow instructions to avoid confusion.
